Jung, Carl Jung

Psychology majors and enthusiast, back me up!

Once upon a time, there was a young man name named Jung.  Carl Jung studied under a slightly crazy (and historically ironic) man named Sigmund Freud.  Young Jung believed that inside each and every one of us is a "collective conscienceness" that linked us all together.  And this "collective conscienceness" brings us all together.  We have similar histories somewhere no matter if you're Asian, European, African, or American (Native).  We as Christians know this to be pre-Babel, but we have to give him some credit.  Because of this virgin girl in white is known to all cultures.  Doves represent peace in all cultures.  Ships are a universe in all cultures. Yada yada yada.

So, on to Halloween and where I'm going

Ever heard of zombies?  Where the dead come up and eat your brains for sustenance?  Now, have you ever heard of The Revelations of the Apostle John?  More commonly known as Revelations?  In it, there are passages about the dead being raised.  Not just the Christians, but graves opening up and the dead walking the Earth.  This sounds like Zombies!

Just a thought to add to your already cluttered minds!

4) had a honeymoon
5) started an insurance agency

You know, it's funny, time seems to pass so slow!  Yet, the last post seemed only a few days ago, but it was two weeks!

I got the best Christmas present this week, Sally came up to Dunbar!  She (somewhat) suprised me by coming up and spent the middle of the week to weekend with me!  Yippie-freaking-doo!  Anyway, we eat at a cool place in Charleston (the only cool place in Charleston) watched a couple movies, ate lunch together, she met my co-workers and pretty much had a great time!

Now she is gone and I miss her terribly!

Good luck you Messiah-ists!

I'll Never Let Go!

So, I'm not currently watching this movie, but it is something I did this weekend is watch it with Sally and Bethy.  When I was a young man, inexperienced at love and naive to the ways of the world, I thought it was a silly movie that was basically made so that girls could oooh and aaah over Leo and wish they could be dressed up like Kate.  I am now older and more mature, I still think those same things!  That is the dumbest movie in the world! But that's ok because I watched it with Sally.

Speaking of, this was the best Thanksgiving ever (sorry Hudson) and that's what I'm most thankful for.  By the way, as of the day of writing, a mere 194 days till I'm married.  Anyway, hope the rest of you had a good thanksgiving too!

My Poor Little Bo-Peep

My little bo-peep lost her sheep this weekend, she was so sick, so we had a halloween party for about 45 minutes to an hour.  Then we went home and watched Young Frankenstien, a must see halloween movie, and went to bed, then went to bed.  The next day we checked out Kohls and Kirklands and walked around Target.  This (I believe) nearly killed poor Sally, and we went home and sacked out for an hour or so.  Then we went to see The Prestige, a great movie that you WILL love.  Sunday we went out and took engagement pictures that Lonas will have to see on Rachel's facebook because there will be too many to post on here.
PS- the reason I keep refering to little bo-peep is because that was her costume and I was Woddy from Toy Story
PSS- I just noticed that I put in "went to bed" twice after young frankenstien and instead of fixing it, I think it's funny, so it's staying in, but we only went to bed once.
